This drawing of the school is laminated to the front cover displaying the true handcrafted approach to this community endeavor. Recipes are attributed to community members and the final pages feature hand drawn local advertisements. Colored cards separate the five chapters: Appetizers, Vegetables, Meat & Seafood, Desserts, & Miscellaneous - the final recipe for adults only - Something 'special' for tired 'Mom's (tea, bourbon, frozen lemonade & limeade) "just keep in the freezer hidden from the kids!".
