Crahan's bookplate was made for him in the 1930s by Hungarian-born designer Franz Geritz (1895-1945).
This souvenir/reference volume contains reproductions from a comprehensive menu collection, assembled and shown at the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915. Organized in two parts, the first is devoted to facsimile menus from notable banquets and acclaimed hotels and restaurants - the second part offers recipes inspired by these menus.
