This cookbook has a large variety of recipes with many German favorites. With a modern brewery built in 1893, the iconic institution featured a rooftop beer garden. Unfortunately, like many of the other Buffalo's breweries, Prohibition forced these businesses to close their doors. Laid in: Handwritten recipe for Date Sticks.
