Pasted on the interior of the front cover is the typed recipe for "NEIMAN MARCUS COOKIES". After that, our author uses every ounce of space to safeguard her go to recipes. Pages contain both pasted in recipes and handwritten recipes including: Apple crisp, Peanut Butter cookies, Applesauce Squares, Potato Pancakes, Potato Dumplings, Pecan Brittle, Pressure cooking Carp, Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Strawberry Chiffon Squares, 5 Cup Salad from Loretta, Judy B's Meat Loaf, Harvard Beets, "Quick-Like-A-Bunny-Cake", Gumdrop Coffeecake, and many more. We believe our author is of Hungarian descent as many recipes mention Hungary. Many of the clipped recipes are from the Oklahoma/Nebraska region.
