Completed in 1930, the Barbizon-Plaza Hotel was originally built as the first residential hotel equipped as a music and arts center in the United States. This extensive menu features a "Savory Luncheon" of Milk Fed Veal Stew en Casserole Chasseur. A large array of Entrees including: Omelette Creole, Jersey Pork Chop, Fresh Codfish Steak aux Fines Herbes, Supreme of Striped Bass from the Grill, and many more. The "Barbizon Cocktail" is highlighted for 75c, along with other cocktails, wines, and liquors. Small light water stain to bottom of menu. Color illustrated wraps. Very good. Item #4354
