New York: c. 1940's. Cards. 22 x 13 cm. Photo illustrated menu from the grounds of the Hotel Ausable Chasm which was burned to the ground in a massive fire in the 1950s. Beverages include many soda fountain favorites such as: Ice Cream Sodas, Milk Shakes, Frosted Milk Shakes, Malted Milk, Frosted Egg Milk Frappe, and many more. Bottled beer was available for .10c and Sundaes came in every flavor imaginable. Sandwiches, soups, and pies round out the menu. Stapled in, a menu item: Baked Beans and Brown Bread for .20c. Cover photo depicts the falls and the back of the menu features a photo of the Hotel. Two 2 cm. pieces of tape, not affecting the photo, are at the spine. Yellow card stock. Very good. Item #4209
