The House of Chan, which was located on the corner of Seventh Avenue and 52nd Street was an early, popular Cantonese restaurant serving expertly executed cuisine. This cookbook features all those favorites including Won Ton Soup (and the recipe to make the wontons), Roast Duck Chinese Style, Chinese Roast Pork, and many more.
