The Empire Dining Room was lavishly decorated and hosted the privileged class throughout the years it was open. This particular menu includes an added specials menu entitled: Southern Style Mammy's Dinner - $1.25 Per Plate. Highlights on this menu include Fried Perch in Corn Meal, Smothered Spring Chicken - Southern Style with Hominy Fritters, Buttermilk Biscuits, Old Plantation Corn Bread, and a huge array of desserts. Some light offset from the paper clip, otherwise clean. Cream illustrated cards. Very good. Item #4141
