This edition, published by the proprietors of Hood's Sarsaparilla was procured from local pharmacists/druggists. Many recipes attributed to members of the church as well as preposterous claims that Hood's Sarsaparilla is a wonderful Blood Purifier. Laid in: a pink folded paper advertisement for Hood's Sarsaparilla "ON TOP" - 100 DOSES ONE DOLLAR - more ludicrous declarations of Hood's "proven medical properties".
