Minneapolis: Minneapolis Harvester Works, c. 1880. Cards. 24 x 24 cm. Vibrant double-sided five-paneled, plus center panel, "basket with original connecting string still present and attached - printed on stiff stock. Front panels feature four views of Minneapolis Harvesting machines along with a birds-eye view of the manufacturing plant. The center panel presents an exotic woman (perhaps a nod to the trend of Orientalism at the time). The back of the "basket" spotlights promotional text describing the various machinery. Clean and bright copy, one closed tear to one panel. Chromolithographed stiff cards. Very good. Item #3674
