On the last of the folded pages, there is a slip to fill out and mail in with four cents in stamps for the complete edition of her latest recipe book. There is also a brief description of the two Knox Gelatine Products, one with lemon and one without, with some detailed color illustrations of two of the dishes. Some staining on front.
