Along the bottom of the pages runs the consistent warning to avoid their competitors gelatin desserts for health reasons. Again, on the inside back cover, there is more advertising toward the health benefits of Knox, including a mail back to receive cook books for the special dietary restrictions listed. Inside this copy is a smaller leaflet from Knox titled, “Fatigue and the New Way to Avoid It.” Knox Gelatine notably was run by Rose Knox for over forty years after her husband, the founder of the company’s death, years wherein she dramatically expanded the company’s size, reach, and earnings.
