Originating from the Marco liquor retail store in Chicago, this scarce combination of cocktail/cookbook is handsomely illustrated throughout with classic advertisements from the period. Frontispiece displays a black and white photo of Abe Marco along with a textured glassine sheet. Some signs at the bottom edge of water, loss of medallion on cover. Black and gold binding. Very good.
