From the former owner of the Childs Restaurant chain, Old Algiers was the first in a series of "old-world" themed restaurants. The restaurant, located at 102nd street and Broadway, was decked out in tile and mirrors to resemble a Moorish style architecture. Typed menu "This is a Sample Menu" features a variety of menus, although non of the fare seems to be from Algiers. Covers heavily rubbed, toned, and chipped. Closed tear to spine.
