Stiner, along with his brother Jacob, were Hungarian-born immigrants, arriving in the United States in 1855 and successfully setting up a chain of tea and spice shops in New York city. By 1860 the Stiner brothers were Manhattan's largest tea merchants, operating five stores. Card stock is lightly foxed with some water stains. White illustrated card stock. Good. Item #2258
