Heath attempted to create recipes that helped support calorie and vitamin needs while fashioning appetizing dishes. Ambrose Heath was the pen name of the journalist Gerald Miller (1891-1969), writing cookery columns for a number of newspapers including the Morning Chronicle and the Manchester Guardian. Interior clean and crisp, dust wrapper chipped. Yellow cloth covered boards. Very good, in good dust wrapper. Item #2071
