Stamford: c. 1915. Cardboard covers. 22 x 15.5 cm. 14 envelopes, 1 two-sided cardboard-weight title page, with a Forward on the reverse. Envelope headings: Soups, Fish, Meats, Poultry, Meat and Fish Sauces, Entrees, Eggs, Vegetables, Salads, Breads & Biscuits, Pastry and Cake, Frostings, Puddings, Etc., Ices and Sherbets, and Miscellaneous. Every printed recipe suggests the use of "Fleischmann's" yeast, along with a handful of suggestions for "Dromedary Brand Golden Dates and Date Nut Butter" and "Royal Baking Powder".
