1937. Cards. 19 x 13.5 cm. The Menu cover design is graced by an enchanting hand colored wood print of "A present-day Japanese woman in her traditional 'Kimono.'" Dinner on this vessel was very European in flavor. Known as "The Queen of the Sea" - the vessel made stops in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Kobe, Yokohama, Honolulu, Los Angeles, and San Francisco before being called to duty by the Imperial Japanese Navy during W.W.II. Clean, crisp copy. Color illustrated cards. Near fine. Item #2571
